They prioritized building long-term relationships and fostering sustainable business growth over short-term gains. By 2002, facilities were upgraded to enhance reliable customer service and ensure on-time shipments. Employing a similar approach in purchasing, they established long-term relationships with chemical suppliers, guaranteeing a steady supply of key chemicals even during market tightness. This successful strategy continues to be effective today.
